Reconstitute power reduction

If someone knows the exact procedure for dismantling a power reduction. I don’t mean the Mechanic, that’s quite clear to me. I just have to swap the camshaft for the originals and then get the brutal power of 43 hp. But how is the exact way to have the open power back in the papers, to then complete the corresponding insurance and register the part. At the moment the moped is deregistered, i.e. camshaft is installed and will drive to the TÜV. The registration and then drive with built-in “sharp” camshaft to the TÜV is probably illegal, since in this case only 27 hp is in the papers, but the part does indeed provide 43 hp. And besides that I would have to apply for a new policy again with the insurance. Installations and then only with the documents to the TÜV and a certificate will not go, too, or?
