Roller – unstable – many possible causes

Hello all, I bought a 98 Speedfight 50ccm scooter used – not tinkered… Gradually I fix all the defects. In principle everything fits to the instability at 30-40 kmh. Depending on the weight shift and driving with 15kg backpack (shopping) the scooter becomes very unstable at approx. 35kmh. The handlebar wobbles. The more my backpack weighs, the more heavy the slager becomes. I ride without a backpack and lean forward so that the rear wheel is relieved and the front wheel is lowered. what could be a problem: – rear tire is 2001 year of construction and has a massive saw tooth and is “well” –> On Friday I pull a new tire on it (in workshop). I have never seen such a finished tire. – front wheel: Have 2 wheels here. Both are quite old. But the driving behaviour does not change if I change here. – Topcase: Have attached a topcase. Is empty – At the same time to the topcase assembly have I already think that I have put everything together correctly. I noticed that the disc of the thru-axle (which at the mother) is bent on one side (concave). –> I didn’t have the symptoms on the first trip 40km. The symptoms only came up after I had made the thru-axle new. I am sure, however, that everything is assembled properly. I suspect much more, since the scooter has not been moved for some time, the V embrittlement of the rear tire is the reason. Would be grateful for your clues. Greetings
