Say hello and a little question about TGL

Hello, I’m just doing the first thing and imagine myself shortly, I 45 years, for 27 years with flowers and plants traveling on 7.5 t truck, in the course of the years with almost everything there was in the class and now on a well-equipped TGL 8-240 case with 10.5t loader trailer on tour has a few questions about the transmission. The car has the 12 gear automatic transmission, has now been driven only little with it but somehow I find that still not so smooth. If you give timidly gas switches d it’s very early up and you get going, which is rather annoying when you start up, you give gas to switch it up quite late. Is there a turn there? or is the pure emotional thing about giving gas? To what extent is it useful to switch manually, or should you rather intervene little? At the moment we have a consumption of about 24/100 km with predominantly rural road at mixed operation Solo/Hänger. That seems quite luxuriant to me, ok the superstructures are 2.65 inside also the car is quite heavy. t the first car with an automatic, I still have to practice hard on it. And next year the 7.5t written down should be charged again to have more payload. Well, I just have to deal with the CE bill, then eat nothing more with old grey rags. Gruss Gerd
