Hello I have an older Suzuki Alto with 75000 km. 3 weeks ago I drive backwards from a parking gap. Once really crack, cracked. Get out and see: The right shock absorber is simply broken off. Workshop called off. Both the workshop and the TÜV have never seen anything like that. The shock absorber is simply calculated. And after testing this would have happened to the left shock absorber within the next 2 days. If that had been on the highway…. Pictures of the bent front wheel and pictures of the shock absorbers could not impress the Suzuki service in any way. Also not the statement from TÜV and workshop that it was an absolute material error. Great service. Just pui.
