Hello in the round, my Ignis Hybrid 83hp Built 2021 is going bad in the summer. Especially with air conditioning on, if it goes a bit uphill or if the car is fully loaded. Then it comes when accelerating so between 1800 and 2800 rpm. in all aisles to short jerks / acceleration holes. And if you drive so there with constant speed, you have the feeling, as if someone easily kicks on the brake and then lets go again. And that again and again and again, In winter and with the air conditioning switched off, these phenomena can hardly be felt. Only at a fairly precise 2500 rpm. you can feel a very slight acceleration hole even in winter. My Suzuki dealer is completely overwhelmed and finds nothing and always wants to get rid of me. There is also nothing in the error memory. In another forum it says that it is a design/software error of Suzuki itself. Thus, the new 83 hp engine is to be installed in the factory from 2020. The weather conditions (large heat and humidity) do not get enough oxygen. Therefore, you should not let yourself be swept away by your dealer and complain to Suzuki himself. Especially as long as you still have the 3-year warranty and because it is certainly not good for the engine. My questions: Do you have this and someone have an idea what this could be and what can be done about it??? Thanks for your feedback.
