!!! To all with Polini tuning cylinder !!!

HELP!!! I have bolted my Yamaha together today and already have the first problem. I don’t know which main nozzle I should screw in my 24 Mikuni carburetor or how I should adjust the mixture. Although I already use a large HD (how big I don’t know because I drilled it) and have set the mixture as fat as possible I can hear a ring from the cylinder. From the assembly instructions I can see that a Kling I don’t want to skyrocket another cylinder!!! Please help me as quickly as possible! That’s what I’m talking about, above all, those from the forum who also have a polini cylinder. Which HD should I use? Do I have to attach 2T oil to the gasoline during the drive-in phase? Is this kinging or knocking even when the setting is optimal? Is that even normal with the polini? Or do I have something to do with the installation wrong done? How did you adjust your carburetor? Is it normal for the piston to cause slight scratches? I will disassemble the cylinder tomorrow and take a look at the piston. I hope that until then many answers have accumulated in this topic.
