My Renault ZOE Bj. 2014 since Oct 2015 was in possession in all the years without problems via a private wallbox or public charging stations. Since the beginning of December the charge breaks after 5 times on it, no matter with which charging connection cable (Wallbox or BnBW charging column) stops and the Fehlerbericht > charging connection checks < appears. After a telephone call with the service technician of the car dealership, which gave the advice to blow out the charging socket on the vehicle with compressed air, which remained resultless, v I asked the nearest Renault car dealerships (I have only 49% battery with a range of approx.39 km) to book a service appointment; with the following success: 1. Auto dealership in 20 km only takes on workshop appointments again for January 2022 2. This car dealership sets up its Renault maintenance operation at the end of December 2021 3. This largest car dealership, from which the used ZOE comes, has not yet responded to the service request via e-mail after the first call back of the service technician (see above). I would like to have a ready-to-run car over the festive days, but I can't risk driving down the vehicle battery any further, because there is no Renault dealer registered for electric vehicles in my hometown and I didn't want to bother ATU with this troubleshooting. Up to the RRG branch office in Munich I can't come without a tow truck anymore. Now it's a shame that I don't have the non-binding offer of my car dealership at the end of October. r a ZOE Experience R110 Z.E. 50 for 24,240 € - the value for my calculated ZOE with 3,000 € was too low for me!
