Hello. I bought a Golf 6 Diesel from a VW dealer. Contract signed, where there is no prior damage/accident known. After the purchase contract was concluded, the dealership ordered a Dekra seal. According to the Dekra report, the complete driver side (cotton, driver door, door rear, fender) is repainted. According to Dekra report could not be determined finally within the scope of the commissioned service whether there is a pre-damage. Auto and Dekra Sieg At home I could only look at the Dekra report. The Dekra report was commissioned only after the purchase from the car dealership and handed over to me only at the time of collection of the vehicle. My question: Was I cut over by the VW dealer? Even if, for example, only because of vandalism scratchers were repainted, they would not have had to inform me about it? Pre-damage is pre-damage, right? It is also funny that the Dekra report did not inform me with letter, note, TÜV report, etc. was sent in advance. What can you do about it? Wanted to make me smart first before I contact the boss of the car dealership. Thank you.
