hello! ride mini one cabrio and recently had a somewhat unsavory encounter with nem bordstein. a workshop told me that it was a damage of approx. 450 euro (shock absorber, cross handlebar, axle). however, I decided to have a look at a bmw specialist workshop. she tells me about a damage of 2,700 euro, because allegedly – according to mini directive – after axle damage at mini the whole page must be exchanged. unfortunately did not have about this alleged directive is that so? does someone have experience with similar damage at the mini? I am distrustful because other workshops don’t know anything about this “directive”, although it would be a lucrative thing for every workshop. please help! thank you in advance.
