Customer SERVICE at Peugeot?

Hi, I have problems with my 106 again and was once again in the Peugeot workshop in Bremen. I find the service and also the staff at Peugeot simply miserable! Only to be able to describe the problem to a customer manager, I had to wait about 20 minutes (sales staff is not immediately service staff! And sellers prefer to drink coffee and smoke instead of talking to a customer). After I had described my problem, they told me that I should get the car in 2 1/2 You couldn’t even read out the bug memory or look at the car for a short time. And it wasn’t just before work, but about 2 pm. Do they still make siesta? And the problem is actually already known, because about 6 weeks ago you fixed this bug (it lasted about 4 weeks, then again the same symptoms). That’s what I call competent staff! And then Peugeot advertises on the homepage with “Service dann , if it is really needed! Immediate professional carrying out of repairs … quick carrying out of repair and … so that you will have more pleasure with your PEUGEOT quickly again!” I think I will drive again VW. Frank
