Hello, I’ve been leasing a Golf 8 GTI for a few months. Contract duration is 36 months. I’m highly satisfied with the GTI and it’s fun to drive with it. From January next year I change the employer now and from then on I have no use at all for the car (move to a big city and my employer will be only 10 minutes away on foot from my new apartment. Since I live directly in the center, I probably won’t even find a parking space). someone maybe experiences how the car dealership reacts when I am there because of a resolution demand (want to call next week)? If they would say “you can’t do anything” that would be extremely stupid for me, as I would have to park the car somewhere for 2.5 years, but still pay insurance and leasing rates.
