Hello and good day! After having been helped by my question about the check-out / immobilizer at the Doblo I as a FIAT newcomer still give me one for the best: My used car comparison Mercedes W124 vs. Fiat Doblo I bought the Doblo yesterday used (6 years old, 15TKM) I drive the W124 already longer (21 years old, 75TKM) I like “Lowmiler”, likes to buy older used cars. For those who do not know the W124 one has to explain: Series 124 is always described as D E R last real Mercedes, gap-free, indestructible, legendary long-lasting, from the full milled, one of the most durable cars ever. When comparing the two boxes directly, it is noticeable that they completely differ in two points, against my softening. ROST The Doblo rusts comparatively dramatically on the underbody. Not visible when walking around, from the outside. The paint visible outside is still absolutely intact, but underbody, engine, brake leitu Ngen, axles, springs, side agreggates, all unsightly corroded. The Benz is absolutely stainless. Each part, engine compartment, axles, springs, underbody, exhaust, looks almost like new. KLAPPING This surprised me: the 6 year commercially used Doblo rattles less than the among Youngtimer freaks highly revered, for its flap freedom always boasted of W124. Not that the W124 would be really dramatic but the door panels, the panels over the B-pillars, which make on s Chlechter Straße noises while the “Cargo” box is mute. That surprised me then. Because of the rust protection all my prejudices were used, because of the acoustic solidity of the Fiat I am positively surprised! Greeting RW550
