He lives again, risen from the dead

Hello guys, Hello friends. Maybe one or the other remembers me. I drove a Mitsubishi Galant V6 BJ2000 for a good year. In November I had a serious accident with the car, a motorcyclist drove me with extremely increased speed into the side rear of my baby… unfortunately it turned out then to the end that the car has a total damage. Ax break, extreme sheet metal damage etc… I then sold the car, a young independent mechanic has me the car with my almost new 17″ Alutec rims bought by 2200 euros. For the information, the car had absolute full equipment, everything there was. Well, what I see today on the main road for sale… yes, exactly my baby, my Mitsu. It stood there, a little deeper laid, cleanly cleaned and polished. Almost as I bought it at the time…. just a dream. At first glance it is cleanly directed, but can not say anything more exactly about it than a mechanic. Since I know that the engine and the gearbox, also the remaining condition is perfect, of course, I immediately thought about buying the car again. “My” Galant was just a dream… and when he is then again directed for sale you think about it…. The question now, I bought the car in Germany by 7500 euros from first ownership, then another 1000 euros Nava and Tüv were added. In other words, I paid for the car completely 8500.- Euro. I then sold it around gugu t 2000 Euro… so, what else can the seller demand? He sells it privately, without Grarantie and warranty. If it would happen, the car would of course be checked and measured at the ÖAMTC. The car would be completely checked. So, price is not there, what can / may he still demand? Thanks & Gruss Pascal
