Hi guys, so, it could be that I have to look around for a new mobile kit soon. That’s where the Subaru Outback came into my mind. 2.4 liters, 160 hp. For my taste a very nice station wagon. But now it’s the case that I actually want a car which is not only beautiful but also robust. And robust also means that the part has to last forever, unchaputtbar so to speak. With my current car it’s after 82 Tkm of engine oil consumption. I still don’t know. But I don’t find that reassuring. I’m afraid that a somewhat more expensive repair will be due again. Only in September did I moan 600 Eur for a defective water pump. The car is 4.5 years old. At the mileage and the age all in all disappointing – especially since the car was not exactly cheap. Therefore, I want a car that just doesn’t abandon me by engine at least 150 Tkm. My brother once had an old Opel Kadett. The box he has 260 TK M moves, without engine problems. So now my question to you: How is the Subaru Outback or Legacy to be evaluated with the engine? The car should not be older than 2004, so the new model. What are your experiences? Are there any problems? Write to me everything you have to say. But please not: “Only the Subaru is the right car” or something, I would like to have relatively objective opinions (if that is possible at all 😉 ) Thank you Oliver P.S. Since to me also the ak tuelle Honda Accord Combi very much likes, there is the same text in the corresponding area 😉
