Jaguar xj8 overheated!

Hello friends, I have maintained a 98 he Jaguar XJ 8, super condition and checkbook(all stamps available) Last year he got a new gearbox, new exhaust. It’s the 4.0 version V8, It started last year that the water pump dripped and the car overheated shortly afterwards.(the last holder told me) I bought the car as it was and changed the water pump.I took care that the old pump didn’t leave back in the water cans and spouted the Sys I left the cap to the water (reservoir) tank open. The car did not overheat. I left the water afterwards and let the old thermostat go for a new one, closed the water tank and drove with the cars 2 km w, BET THE WATER THAN A DRUCK exploded! The cask was on the boil and the temperature indicator went on red only in the last second. Sch…. thought, what to do now? OK, everything again, new water storage tank installed, heating modules removed and built in, but no change, it still bubbles funny in the water tank! Do I fill 10,7 liters of water an evaporated 5 liters in 10 minutes….where does the water remain? no idea? The oil is clean, no water to find there, no white smoke in the exhaust gas! The heating stays cold! ult No error codes! Maybe someone here has a advice thank you
