Land Rover Defender Delivery difficulties

In January 2021 I ordered a Land Rover Defender 110 D300 from the dealer. At the time I was promised delivery for early May. When the order was confirmed, the delivery date had moved to July 2021 (production 2.7 and delivery 23.7.). Because of the known bottlenecks in electronic components, I have now received from the dealer the information that the vehicle can only be delivered in late autumn 2022 (i.e. from today in more than 12 months). So far so good. If the components are not available, the vehicle cannot be built either. However, I am annoyed by the fact that at the same time the dealer suggests that I order the vehicle that I have configured in the SE line of equipment (additional leather seats, other rims, etc.), which can be delivered at short notice but which is about 7000 EUR more expensive.
