My first post in the Mazda Forum is unfortunately not a very positive one. But what is less about the brand, but about the treatment of how to deal with customers. I leave the name of the dealer away because it is actually about the thing. I wanted to do a MX 5 NC 160 HP a test drive. First I wrote an email via the Austrian homepage of the dealer. No reaction. 5 x I tried it, nothing. I finally called the dealer, who apologized, mi t the argument that we don’t always look into the mailbox!! I have of course already thought of my part to it. He assured me first that I could do an extensive test drive with a 160 HP MX 5. We made that I would report if the weather were better. Said done. Today I called and the owner shared with me that in company with him 10 minutes!!! drive. I mentioned that I would come with my girlfriend and that I would finally go with her. We are not a car rental company – he doesn’t have to drive, he doesn’t know me, and he doesn’t know if I would come back with the cars!! I think the possible new customers of earlier ones are strongly represented as crooks, either after his argument a cheap Le Le As a counter-argument, of course, I was able to show my driver’s license. Who knows if it’s real. Did he mean???
