Hi, I have a question about the following topic: My company car should be brought to me by the VW dealer last week by service provider (driver). Unfortunately he built an accident on the way and the vehicle went back to the dealer for the repair. Now I am taxed according to list price, but several colleagues asked me now whether this is now considered a “new car”. Has anyone ever heard of such a case and do I possibly have a right to a reduced list price? VG M arco
