I have been comparing various options for my future car since summer. I also have two posts on specific questions about the EQE SUV, which was originally preferred. After intensive research and comparison with Q6 and i5 I secretly hoped for another update or at least a more attractive pricing. Current private customer discounts (online) seem attractive, but this doesn’t help me, as my firm has a lot to offer. The other manufacturers are more interested in the BLP + fleet discount. The EQE is currently out of the question for me, with more of a conservative technology (charging power, headup display, assistance systems) and about 10-15k above the mentioned alternatives for comparable equipment. According to my research, there have been reliable half-yearly revisions in recent years. These came in April/May and October. Currently, apart from a new battery for the EQE 500 in the U.S. SA nothing announced. Especially in view of the bad numbers, I would have thought that again will be re-edited. What do you think happens next?
