I was recently with my friend for the second inspection and had the charging capacity read out there. I was terrified how much the battery has already decommissioned. You know, the guarantee for the high-voltage battery is limited to only 100’000 km or 6 years. If, after these limits, a charging capacity of 70% or less has expired, the warranty case occurs and the high-voltage battery is replaced. Do you know how it is ordered for your high-voltage battery? Is the charging capacity? In the meantime there are already some plug-in hybrids at LR. The aim of this treat is to give among the PHEV users an overview of the quality of our high-voltage batteries, because the one with the most expensive component of our vehicles belongs and the warranty period with 100T km/6 years is “very limited” compared to the EVVs. So it looks like this: Model: Range Rover Sport P550e, first registration 01.2024 Charging capacity: 86% (current mileage 3 4’000 km, of which about 10’000 km electric, age: 13 months) I hope for many inputs, which will help us all to assess the development of our high-voltage batteries and their quality.
