Hi, I was surprised that my car always gets dirty at the exact same place. The first time I thought it was Vogelkot, only the dirt got away quite hard. Ne week later the stain is back again. Yesterday I remembered that it could come from the underground garage and found the culprits. Directly over my parking space is a dripping spot to recognize and it drips on my car. The spots look like if to this place has calcified (and accordingly hard goes Now my questions: 1. Is the house manager obliged to correct the defects? It can’t be that my car is always so dirty. 2. Does someone happen to know what the stain is on my car. I mean, is that “just” lime? 3. Does these stains attack the paint? (if so, then the high time is when the house administration cares about it) 4. How do I remove it most gently? One thing is clear, I will contact the house administration as soon as possible. Only I’m afraid that they (due to the cost of repairs) will disappear. Although my car is almost 30cm away from the wall, so that I can just open the trunk. Can the house manager insist that I drive “all” to the wall? Or tell me that I have to park forward? (it’s nowhere that you have to park forward) Because due to the length of A4 (8K) I would have to drive back and forth ten times in order to park forward or drive out backwards. (is not much space in the underground garage) Maybe someone had experience with it and could report here. Oh yes… Tips on how to “shift” the drip site (i.e. that it drips somewhere else) would also be very helpful to me. cu Floh
