I have a question for the experts. Which engine runs the longest? Volvo engines are famous for their longevity. Does this have something to do with the cylinders? Run 5 cylinders generally longer than 4 cylinders. Run then also 6 cylinders even better than 5? Can one dare the statement, how more cylinders – the more mileage brings an engine. Or does the mileage have to do with completely different factors. I hope on expert advice.
