Hello together I’m right there and gentleman cunning what I’m supposed to do. The fact is, we’re looking for a second vehicle with four wheel to our Volvo V70 BJ. 2003 because we live in a very snow-rich region in the winter and I want to pull a smaller trailer with the Forester and then also want to come down from a wet or snow cover meadow. For this reason also a forester with reduction would be the 1st choice even if I usually ni cht often would need, just gives you the feeling to have them in case you need them. Actually, we didn’t want to buy a new car but when I came by yesterday at the friendly one near us, I had to stop and take a look at the new Forster (2013). I have to say that I like it externally and also very well in the interior. Now he also has some interesting 2012 models on offer and now we are already in the mood if we don’t need to for a 2.0 L petrol edition with leather / Navi / reversing chamber and 5 years warranty for a price between 20`000 – 27`000 €. Unfortunately I also read in the forums again and again about problems with the clutch etc., but mostly it was about the diesel models. We had once a Subaru Forester BJ 1997 which ran and ran always without problems until someone drove on it and then he was totally damaged. We are looking for a vehicle again, that in the Reg el with appropriate maintenance like our Volvo again 10 year and mind, 200`000 km runs without major problems. I hope that you can still do so with the 2011/2012 Forester. Thank you for your assessments.
