The barrel ran over, as I saw this morning, after heavy snowfall with about 5cm, a roommate, who sat in his car, turned the side windows down about 10cm, ran windshield wipers, ran behind without effect, at the front only half and then left. I wouldn’t be happy anymore if I were to cause an accident under these visual conditions and hurt or kill someone. But since our police prefer to sit in the car than stop such drivers with footstrips or targeted controls, these people know,it doesn’t control, so we can do it.
