Engine damage at Christmas

Since the “What did you do good to your moose today” thread is the wrong place for it, I’ll open a new one for it. Since we are currently in the Christmas season, my father was on his way to us and to celebrate Christmas with us. On the day of departure he took the car out of the workshop and made his way to us. After about 600km he stayed just before the finish, his words were “There was a jerk and then was the end”. 40min Later I got him from the AB on a parking lot and waited there for the first Yellow Angel. This came after about an hour and looked at the engine. He threw his multimeter at the battery and asked me to start the engine. Result: voltage a lot on under 5V when starting and the engine does not more than “crack” when turning the key. Diagnosis: engine is stuck. The second Yellow Angel was called and the first Yellow Angel took care of the lost oil (very nice of him, would t We were then dragged home and the Yellow Angel took another 20€ off for the oil stain on his loading area. Today I looked at the misery: engine can not be turned over the belt disc. engine is complete oil wet from below, where exactly it came from I can’t say… probably from everywhere. Although we had lost a lot of oil, there was more than enough oil in the engine, so oil was too much (the oil lamp shone from time to time, my father had where Hl a “good sip” too much refilled. He doesn’t want to buy a new Volvo, prefer to install a new engine (let it be). So if you have a B5252S engine and/or live in NRW and want to help, we would be very grateful. To illustrate, I’ll put on some pictures.
