Hi to all of you! I’m new here and wanted to get rid of a big praise. The forum here is really informative and all the problems are dealt with. I think it’s great that there is something like this! Here’s my question: I bought a 2000 Omega B Caravan 2.2 16v and I’m quite satisfied with it. I only noticed one thing. The engine takes quite a long time until it gets warm. In the interior it gets warm quickly (air conditioning) but the temperature indicator climbs with hard and necessary to 75-80 degrees. I felt the hoses at the cold start. The small circuit gets warm. Later, the big one gets warm. So Termostat already dissipates or? Is it perhaps due to the current outside temperatures? If you turn off the heater and blower and the engine stops at 2000 rpm it comes to 90 degrees but at exactly 90 degrees the fan starts and the temp. falls back to 80. I already read several similar posts but I’m not smarter yet. Vi You can help me with that? Thank you very much in advance.
