Hello and good evening you love, I bought myself today a Ford Escort (the round) 1.8 tournament with 115Ps (500€)! At the test drive much up to me after I had started it, which the speed is slightly higher (1100 – 2000 rpm). So I then started the Ford also did not take a full throttle, he started to stutter as if he was swallowing or getting too little gasoline. So I drove back and forth and always when I switched on about 2000 – 3000 tours, stayed d I had to calm the engine with the clutch a little bit because it was still cold and everyone had looked at it! (1) Someone tells me it’s the idle controller today and I already had it off, but I couldn’t find anything. I built it up and stuck it up again and the problem persisted. So when I was finally home, I immediately drove to the hall (our own little workshop), and took it on stage. So I don’t expect much at 500€ but the engine should run reasonably as I need the car for work. I changed the tires and then looked into the engine again. Now comes: see above (1)! After the tyre change also started to light up the ABS bulb… What can I do? ABS – sensors have been cleaned (brake cleaner VA and HA removed and cleaned) Please help me and explain this to me with a little more understanding for “doofe”! 🙂 Can’t do anything about the shortcuts yet!
