I’m angry about the current stand-up heating SW offer for 299,-

I see this offer as absolute insolence. It only needs to be played up a SW, which takes a few minutes. To demand 299,- is a cheekiness. I don’t understand Volvo either. The customers have to wait far too long for the XC90 model Wechesel. Now with the SH software one would have a great opportunity to do something for the customer retention (I would offer every XC90 customer, at the next inspection at the Volvo dealer the software can get eve free The customer would definitely be very happy about this, it would significantly improve the identification with the brand and it costs Volvo almost nothing. Instead, they desperately try to open up a new source of revenue here, but with little success (the call center lady, who called me in this regard, told me that this offer is accepted by almost no one). I would say again a chance missed.
