Lowering via VAG-COM or hardware module

With VAG-COM you should get the car 20 mm lower without any problems. On the other hand a hardware module is sold on eBay. On request I got the following information: Quotation: from the software lows I think nothing at all. it is a hardware module of a noble tuner. By using new shorter or longer joint levers of the chassis level control the vehicle lies the described about 30mm lower in the chassis . Technically nothing is changed on the chassis. Thus no ABE, TÜV etc. are required. All characteristics of the air suspension remain completely intact, including the speed-dependent lowering. Absolutely no comparison to the software variant!!!. This approx. 30 mm is already a maximum value, since one can not adjust a fall at Pheaton. This means at maximum speed due to the additional speed-related lowering results in an extremely negative fall. The traction is This is also the reason why the chassis should be adjusted according to the attached measuring sheet. These measurement data come from the development department of the Phaeton R60. Due to this additional measurement, the front tyre wear almost adapts to the normal condition. (depending on driving mode!) The following things must or should be done after installation. Installation or replacement of the elements approx. 10 min. (can be done by yourself). 2. Reprogram the vehicle level control with +30 mm (2min. work in the workshop which also makes the measurement). 3. Increase air pressure by 0.5 bar over normal with 285 tyres What is your opinion about this or what experiences have you already made?
