…new moose in the stable…

Hello, after a long time of thinking, I have done it now… I turned my back on the 5 cylinder. I decided everything else than easy. I drove a total of 13 years 5 cylinders. Now for the new: S80, D4, Momentum, 8 gear GT, FWD, special model “Selection”, 181PS VEA, EZ 04/2016, 14.000Km, inscription crystal white, lots of additional packages,… I just had to hit. Last but not least, my driving profile has changed (every day almost 100km) I drove the D5 AWD hardly at all. r 8 liters. At the VEA I am currently at 5,8. I’m really surprised what Volvo could get out of a 4 cylinder. The VEA is extremely crisp, splashy and agile! The 8 gear GT is THE machine I ALWAYS wanted!!! A dream! No more tedious grinding in the gears, no more useless turning back, simply ALWAYS the right gear available. Also, the switching times are considerably shorter than with the classic 6 gear GT. The absolutely unique 5 cylinder Sou However, I already miss… The VEA starts to scream a little from 4,000 rpm. But I don’t feel like unpleasant, or even disturbing. I also miss the AWD a little. In kickdown the 400 NM clearly drags on the steering wheel. But – that’s how I think – it’s just a habit. I have to get used to the (standard) sports suspension, too… My dear Jolly. :-))) Nevertheless… I wouldn’t want to change any more. 🙂 LG, Nordisk
