Passenger side, windscreen bar damaged, replace how?

Dear C70 / Volvo driver, I would like to briefly explain to you what happened to me and at the same time ask what you can do to repair it. My brother-in-law borrowed my car for several months in the last winter. Unfortunately he left my car standing out too long and lots of snow has gathered and turned more or less into ice. When he decided to drive my car he tried to scrape everything away from the window. Unfortunately on the passenger side he has the Le Le The frozen ice has torn away the plastic in several places and now it looks very ugly. In other words, I want to replace the bar. According to Volvo, you have to remove the windshield to change a simple plastic guide. It costs more money to have the thing done by Volvo than to buy a bar yourself. Does anyone have a hint what to do to fix it or what else to make it look good? Maybe another leash is damaged. Is it sticky, on both sides maybe, so it looks the same?
