Place of birth of our Volvos = differences in quality/processing?

Hello, through an article in MT I have just stumbled over the homepage of a free Volvo importer, who boasts to bring his cars directly from Sweden. Here is his thesis, which is supposed to speak for his source:We offer you: “Volvos from the plant in Gothenburg and not from Belgium (a quality question)” further it says: (Laws were taken 1:1 ) “In Sweden the highest quality new vehicles are offered, because here the hard winters the luxury coach b EU-Import vehicles coming from South Europe often have less equipment or even different car body galvanization than the new cars from the northern EU. Therefore, we only offer vehicles that come from Sweden. Our Volvo new cars are produced in Gothenburg. Every Volvo Insider knows that this means better galvanization and cavity sealing as well as a high quality standard. The average Volvo in Germany come from Belgium. 2/3 Freagen: 1. are cars of the same type built in different plants? 2. Are there really differences in the quality of the workmanship between these cars? (and also a professional question: do the parts for the production also come from different suppliers?)
