Project Subwoofer upgrade at High Performance Sound V60

Hello, since I have extended my V60 today by an active subwoofer, I wanted to post a brief instruction/description. Maybe who can use it also plays with the thought. Generally no rizzy thing, through the try have then become about 4h. An active subwoofer of Pioneer (TS-WX710A) was built in, because it fits exactly into the intermediate floor and thus the trunk is preserved. It is required: Subwoofer block fuse JLP 20A or 30A High/Low Adapter mi t Remote signal chinch cable short Small material (core sleeves, notch cable shoes, insulation tape, cable ties, wires) For the power supply of the subwoofer is a grey plug which is actually intended for the 12V socket. because I did not have this I could use the 12 V. Since the fuse is missing you need the block fuse. If a 12V socket is present in the trunk you can safely pick up this 12V. Mass point is in bumper proximity (driver side). For the high/low adapter we also needed 12V, I took this separately from a free safety place and secured with 7.5A. In addition, you need the speaker signals for the adapter. I took these under the passenger seat (orig. amplifier). So that the active sub fits into the intermediate floor you have to cut off the two corners (see photo) which also serve as cable entry. That’s actually it and the system works much better.
