Hello guys, nice that there are such forums. Need some decision-making help! I drove my Audi 80 for 5 years now (was satisfied overall, but now is time for n change) and decidedly switch to Volvo. I wanted to stay in the frame up to max. 600€. At the Internet exchanges you will find some S60/S80 with around 90 ́000-140 ́000KM 1.I still fluctuate between an S60 or an S80. -Could someone explain to me what the biggest subject is d is between the two series? Apart from some other interiors, they look very similar. Besides, I think the S80 is almost cheaper to have or at least they don’t give themselves much at the price?! At the S60 it is mainly the years 2000-2001 the offers are, so the first ones were built. Are there many childhood diseases? 2. Which engine is recommended? -I don’t need a 300hp machine, it should just pass through reasonably well. about 20 ́000KM in the year, so far I have the 2.4 with 140hp especially in my eye. Power of problems? I heard this the turbos often mucken?! Which are these exactly? What would be the next higher to recommend motorization? 3.What to watch out for? – Are there special problem zones that should be looked at more closely?
