Good evening, I’m new here in the forum because I just don’t find an answer to my problem. I drive a Volvo 850 TDI with 375tsd. km on the hump. I let the good all parts new. Among them also kerb belts with belt tensioner from Gates new water pump and pulley rollers. I picked up the vehicle from my workshop of trust and examined the work. I noticed that the belt does NOT run centered on the belt tensioner and I exactly the Now I have everything new with high-quality parts and the problem is the same. Is possibly a nice person here who can explain to me why this strap does not run centrally on the spanner. He runs almost half way towards the motor on the spanner.
