Volvo V70 III 2.4D 181 HP: Cooling water loss and heating poor

Hello in the round, I’m new here! I have a Volvo V70, year 2016, 2.4 Diesel. 3 months ago the engine had to be changed, as there was a small crack in the hull and thus oil loss. I bought an engine from an accident car, which is said to have run 70,000 km. My workshop (free workshop with a very good reputation here in the area) has installed the engine. Now there is a new problem: I have to refill cooling water continuously, about 1 liter to 200 km on average. D In addition, the heating power is very bad, almost not available. Even after a journey of 50 km there is more cold than warm air, even if the controllers are on HI, so maximum heating power should be given. There is no leakage to recognize, the workshop has already filled in cooler density. Since the spare engine had no cylinder head, all sealants, thermostat and cooling water pumes have also been renewed. No “white smoke” on the exhaust can be noticed. is that behind the dashboard on the passenger side it “bubberts”, but also not always. Idea of my workshop: buy engine number 3 and install it. If someone has an idea for further troubleshooting or limitation, I would like to thank you for an answer at this point!
