After longer parking dull noise while driving

Hi, everybody! I have a question: my Toyota Corolla Hybrid bj2022 has been doing the following for a few days when the car is parked a little longer than 10h: I park my car in the garage with the automatic parking function. So I bring the lever in P and the car does the rest. Everything is nice and good, also works great. My problem is that I have been watching for some time now that whenever I get into the car, it starts and insert the gabg (the e-fests) Tellbrake solves by itself) and goes down from the brake with the foot, that often nothing happens. Only when I gently caress the gas I move forward. However, the whole is accompanied by a dull “stroke” which does not sound very healthy. I suspect that the noise comes from the front axle and has something to do with the brake, but since the battery in the garage is anything but ideal, I can not guarantee that. I then checked the internet what this is all about. and 99% of the people said it was normal for you to have high humidity or when it was raining and humidity on the brake disc. And it was also the last days that it rained and humidity came quite safely to the brake systems. My theory would be that the E-fixing brake forms rust and then it will stick somehow. But then I found out that the E-fixing brake in the Toyota Corolla Hybrid is only on the rear side. i.e., that I either “interrogate” or have other problems? Does anyone have information about the topic? Can anyone help me, possibly even who has the same problems. I have moved the car a little up and down in the garage and wait until tomorrow and will drive again in about 10-12h and see if this jerk is present. If yes, I turn off the car once without an electric parking brake. Thank you in advance!
