I changed the brake pads at the front on the weekend. According to Erwin’s instructions. Unlike before, the wear indicator now lights up, or the message Check brake pads sporadically. It doesn’t come in the morning, for example, but in the evening. Or vice versa. Classic of a wobble contact at the connection point? It was a bit strange with the wear indicator anyway. A few months ago, it lit up already, but I measured over 4mm covering and therefore didn’t change it. The display was only rarely on, and then stayed out again and again. I would have assumed that the adjusted wear limit constantly lit, but was also so satisfied. When changing on summer tires 3 weeks ago it was however too little, ok, there were still 2,6mm on the thin outer surface. Inside still over 5 mm. At least before the specified limit of 2 mm. So now I have brand new documents and would like to do without the warnings. Just use Kontakspray, or are there any other tips on what to do? Just mentioned on the edge. I also measured the brake disc, which is still 1.5mm above the wear limit.
