Hello, today I put my bag in the trunk and pressed the button to close. Rear flap is closing and the metal flap of the bag slips between the lid and body. The lock is snapped but of course not in the counterpart. I then gently lifted up the lid and tried to open the lock, but unfortunately did not go. Then I tried with the key, that worked. But in the AI is indicated, boot lid not closed. Jetz It can’t be opened with the button in the door or on the pushbutton of the VW emblem, you can hear the moter and the lid jumps on but no more happens.
