Hi dear forum, the search function did not help me further, or delivered no comparable error. It is about the manual boot flap of my 2012er V60 (D3/D4). The car is open and unlocked, also the boot flap released via key position glove compartment. There is probably a wobble contact. When the boot opener is activated (the button at the license plate) I can clearly hear the micro switch, it sounds normal. But the electrically operated lock oss remains closed. Only with a little “knock” on the rear tear-off edge, the rear window or the area around the license plate opens the locker. At first quite reliable, now it needs more luck and knocks. I assume from a wobble contact due to a corroded plug. My first search for a plug in the roof sky of the rear boot area remained unsuccessful, there seems to be only one plug for the GPS antenna. My next attempt would be to remove the rear flap interior cover and look for corroded connectors there. New “pins” have already been ordered, hopefully they fit. Does any of you have a hot lead on where/how to track the error? LG and Thanks already for reading Florianinside
