No refund Usage failure for SA/SO ?

Hello, in the case of a liability regulation, the opposing insurance company wants to deduct the weekend from the duration of the use loss to be refunded. That means instead of 5 days of use loss (Do – Mo) they want to pay only 3 (Do, Fr, Mo). Is that ok ? Thanks for notes – Gruss Martin PS : An info about the damage (workshop error) – maybe it interests someone It is a liability damage of my (previous) workshop – the brake fluid was at me in the car “conventional” replaced with ABS – i.e. with pumps of the brake pedal. This resulted in damage to the main brake cylinder. According to the expert (Dekra) and the specialists at the Chamber of Crafts, the brake fluid can no longer be changed in this way in cars with electronically controlled braking systems, but with special equipment. If it is pushed through by “pumping” of the pedal all of a sudden, this can lead to damage to the sealing cuff etc. At least the damage was recognized by the expert. ( At the cost of the new brake power amplifier, which also had to be replaced, we unfortunately remain seated. )
