Hello guys, unfortunately I have a problem. I bought a Opel Vectra on 23.06. at a 450km away dealer and picked up 4 days ago. Now I notice that the wiper water nozzles of the headlights on both sides do not drive in completely again and that there is such a metal tube leaking on the engine. I had Googled before and found many threads in which it was said that from 50km away the dealer should fetch the car at his expense, repair and bring it, or repair in a I had also found one or two court rulings confirming this. Today I Googled again and found some judgments (among others from 2011) in which it is said that I have to take the vehicle to the dealer, since it is still ready to drive, and that it is independent of the distance. How is the actual legal situation? I am grateful for every help =)
