Soooo, he’s running again!!!

Hello guys, just added the last parts and what should I say – it’s going on again. Hurrah, cheer, umdentischdance… The clacking noise after the cylinder head repair was no hydro-punch. At least not directly. I probably installed the camshaft on the intake side slightly under tension (although on OT 1. cylinder) and tightened the screws of the bearing lids with 8 Nm. As a result, the bearing lids were not properly fixed despite correct torque and the camswe lle had the game accordingly. Of course, you can’t blame the flapping… Fortunately, the wave has survived the action seemingly harmlessly. And so the engine purrs like a bee now. It is quieter than I have ever experienced before. I thank you all for your help, support and psychic assistance. Without you everything would have been much more problematic. And the morale of the story: don’t trust your torque wrench.
