Hello ,I have several questions about a fairly complex issue , where apparently my lawyer also does not get through quite as well . I leased a hybrid 17 months ago . A special payment of 4500 , – which I got back 8 months later from the state / BAFA ). Now I have a total damage due to an uninsolved accident . For me a disaster , because I probably get the VAT back only when I get an equivalent vehicle . These are due to the interest rates and mi Meanwhile no BAFA anymore, so expensive ( twice as high rate) that I can’t afford it any more monthly. Basically, that’s like someone putting the gun on my chest and saying, either you get the same car that you can’t afford anymore monthly, but at least you don’t have to pay 7000 euros VAT to VW. Or you get a cheap car but you have to pay 7000 euros to VW.Attention this has nothing to do with the Gap insurance.
