Hello, I drive a 3l diesel, built in 12/2007, current mileage close to 130000. For some time now, when giving more gas, a howling / whistle noise occurs, which then completely disappears with subsequent even rotational number. I can’t detect a power loss – even when giving more gas. The VW workshop has not been able to determine the cause so far, excludes as a cause the turbocharger and thinks it can be the belt (?) of the alternator Is the car of one of you already comparable or has an idea what might be the cause here?
