Hello dear Motortalkler I’ve read a lot on the Internet and that’s all very confusing… Some say: “No you don’t have to have a license and pay no taxes either” , the others say the exact opposite. Another point is that these forum posts are all very old, and because at the beginning of 2013 so much has been changed, I don’t know what to believe anymore. Hope you could follow with MFG Jan
