Hello together, first of all to the core of my question: Motor: – 3.0 TDI, ID CARA –> Year of construction 06/2007 km-Stand ca. 207000 Is the installation position of the high-pressure lines from the pressure storage tank (“Rail” or “Common-Rail” to the injectors must be adhered to (unstressed installation, proper sealing seat etc.). –> With bench 2 medium cylinders I say yes already, because otherwise you can not get the plug off from the fuel pressure generator (G247) without making a little kaput. –>Explanations to my F In August 2014 the cylinder heads (in the following ZK) were changed (large VW workshop with “viiiieeel Phaeton know how”. In the following service in another VW workshop, one I was pointed out to “oiled” ZK, with the hint that probably originate from the injectors or ZK seal. –> Subtracting the injectors at Workshop No. 1. In the subsequent inspections, there was also the remark again and again. This WE I cleaned my LMM+air filter box and wanted to check all the plugs of the injection system in this train, because I get the following errors regularly filed: – probe 1, bank 1 signal too fat, P2196 and I want to gradually exclude all simple causes. There is the condition described above when I reach the pressure sensor on my checklist. Ps: Yes I know that P2196 can also be caused by the HD pump in the worst case 🙁 Greetings and thanks for tips in advance Enrico
