After he had “pressed” my friend, had overtaken me, had cut me, had fogged in (because he drove next to the road into the dirt), when my friend wanted to pass him again, had speeded up briefly and then put down a full brake with 6 m brake track. It was not enough for me anymore , I got stuck at the tail while evading and crashed across the opposite lane. With the driver was found 1,96 Promille, he has not yet registered with his insurance until today (10 weeks after the accident), the insurance does not want to pay and now also my lawyer also meant that I might get a partial debt because I would not have kept the safety distance! I am annoying by now at the end, I have to constantly think about the accident, the guy has just played “Rambo” and now I’m supposed to stay at my expense, not enough that I’m still in pain today. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation?
