Citroen c4 only steel rims and 60,000km timing belt change?

It’s a bit legal if someone doesn’t want to read this (is also a car forum ) then please look at the bottom, it’s about the question if the car can only drive steel wheels and if the timing belt has to be changed at 60,000km I’m to blame myself, but is that normal ? I looked at a Citroen Cactus C4 BJ2019 Ps110 Manuell for my wife in one of my very serious car houses a week ago. actually wanted to look at more cars I forgot to look for the summer tires, but my wife liked it and therefore we finished the purchase contract, I paid online and the letters should be sent Monday by Prior and over the weekend there was a small check and oil change again, finally my wife became impatient Wednesday and asked if it has already been sent and if the summer tires are on aluminum rims, he answered yes. the car wanted to pick up today were the tires on steel with wheel caps, I told him that my wife said that they were on aluminum, he meant only that with this model only steel rims are allowed (that I hear for the first time and could find nothing about it especially on the Internet are many on aluminum rims and which I found cost 500-9000€) and the other problem, the car was indicated on the Internet with 65,000 km, when we arrived we wondered that he had 58,000km on it and he meh nte it’s just a typo, I just thought well, now to the problem, I already paid for it, registered car and when I wanted to pick it up says he achja we looked at the service and so on, the car should change a timing belt at 60.000km, he could have told me before, after all he is Citroen partner or sold mostly only Citroens, but it will cost 30% less on Kulanz. What do you think about it? Somehow I already feel something about it Ear-knacked.
