CO value too high

Hello, I have here a Punto 176 55 1.1 which runs well, but unfortunately it has a too high CO value, a too fat mixture. Lambda probe has been replaced and the water temperature sensor also. No improvement. What could that be? Error memory has been read out! Result: ERRORS: Water Temperature Sensor Short to +Vcc Air Temperature Sensor Short to +Vcc EVAP Valve Short to GND/Open What. is the ? Errors have been deleted. Didn’t return.
